Rice cake

Ingredients :

4 cups (640ml) glutinous rice

3 cups (480ml) water for cooking rice

2 cans (500ml) coconut milk

2 cups (500ml) brown sugar

cook the rice first

when rice is cooked

add the coconut milk and brown sugar mixed well

place in a pan and bake 45 min 180 degrees

Latik : 2 cans of 11 ounce cans coconut milk

simmer till latik separate from’the oil

top on the bake rice
