Sharing is caring … last night, I prepared mango salsa with half-cooked fried salmon.
Here’ s my secret recipe :
500- 600 grams ripe mangoes
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup finely chopped red bellpepper
1/4 cup finely chopped yellow bellpepper
1/4 cup onion leaves ( toppings )
2 whole lime juice
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 spoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 spoon sesame oil
1 spoon sesame seeds
Combined the chopped mangoes and sauce , let it cool inside the fridge 1-2 hours and serve it cold. Add the salmon on top.
Optional : half-cooked Fried Salmon cut into small cubes.
